What is Propertyslot?
Created in 2008 Propertyslot is an international real estate and property search engine. Designed specifically to ease the process of buying a new home.
 
The difference here is that on Propertyslot, our users are not bombarded with data and information that they don’t need.
We provide all the information our users need to make informed decisions based on relevent facts and only the information that would be relevent to any specific search.
 
We see it, as whether you’re moving around the corner, or around the world, you should be able to make better decisions when buying, or renting, decisions that will ultimately secure your dream home.
The basis of creating Propertyslot was to aid prospective homebuyers when searching to buy or rent, not just locally, but nationally and internationally. The data we have covers over 5,000,000 individual locations across 200 countries. This combined with our own real estate tools like our Interavtive HPI Maps and our specially designed Finance Centre, help make all aspects of buying or renting that little bit easier.


Propertyslot also ensures that our agents, developers and brokers have an easy-a-time as possible marketing their listings. We provide all the key stats required to help with obtaining new clients and the stats to provide to prospective buyers either in the office or online. The easier the process for our agents, the faster they make deals. This benefits not only the agents, but the end clients as well. With many features for use, by professionals and users alike, such as up-to-date property and real estate news, market news and analysis and professional tools, such as our mortgage calculators help make the whole process easier from either side.  

Propertyslot also maintains a blog, where our users can find upto-the-minute news on the property market as well as industry news and new from within the company.

Propertyslot is not an estate agent, nor is it a broker or a developer. We do not list individual properties on our site. We do not make any commission on any sales.
